Our Therapists

Selena L. Letteer, LPC, CSAC, ICS, NCC

Are you ready to say, “This is my time”?

My name is Selena L. Letteer, LPC, CSAC, ICS, NCC, and I am the co-owner of My Time Counseling Services, Inc., where our motto is, “This is your time!”

I practice therapy from a strengths-based perspective. I focus on getting to the root of the issues causing dysfunction in your life. Brief solution-focused therapy works well for moving past temporary or situational problems. However, more intensive therapeutic work may be needed regarding past trauma or long-term issues.  I truly embrace the concept of meeting the client where they’re at. I want to help you discover what will work for you to get you to your goals.

I specialize in dual diagnosis, addictions, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and personality disorders. I am trained in CBT, DBT, MI, trauma informed care, and many other modalities/approaches to treatment.

Selena accepts Medicaid (WI Forward Health, Badgercare), United Healthcare/Optum, UMR, Cigna, Aetna, MHS, WPS, and Lyra.

Hannah Foltz, MSW, LCSW

Hello, my name is Hannah, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2022. I received my Master of Social Work from Aurora University in 2020 and a dual Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Indiana Tech where I also played collegiate softball.

I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s changes and discover their inner strengths. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism and personality disorders. I also have experience addressing self-harm, suicidal thoughts/behaviors, difficulties with emotion regulation/lack of coping skills, and interpersonal relationship issues. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which I tailor to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. I know it can be challenging to step into this therapeutic space, so I bring authenticity and humor into sessions.

Through a collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic alliance, I empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and facilitating positive change. I believe in the inherent resilience and potential for growth within each individual, and I am honored to accompany my clients on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. If you are seeking support and guidance on your path to emotional well-being, I invite you to take the first step toward positive change by reaching out for an intake appointment. Together, we can work towards creating a life filled with meaning, fulfillment, and resilience.

In my free time I enjoy attending concerts, listening to my record collection, being outside, watching Wisconsin sports, and spending time with my cats.

Hannah is currently working on becoming credentialed with insurance companies, including Medicaid. She currently accepts self-pay clients, and works on a sliding scale and pay-what-you-can pricing model. She is also listed on the Open Path Collective directory.

Mary W. Ferguson, PhD

I have been practicing client-centered therapy for nearly 10 years. I am excited to work with my clients to identify their needs and build individualized treatment plans. I have experience with individual trauma therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety/depression, and teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills and other treatments.

I love my work as a psychologist. I get to help people improve their lives and exert control over things that they feel are uncontrollable.

I’m available at the Wind Lake office in person on Fridays. Also available via telehealth.

Liz Montcalm, LCSW

Hello, I’m Liz, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in mental health for almost my entire adult life. I received a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology in 2009 from Park University, a Master of Social Work in 2015 from the University of New England, and my full-independent clinical social work license in 2020. I have worked in many different settings, in many different states across the country to include a military setting in SC, community mental health/ individual therapy in NY, individual therapy and inpatient in WA, partial hospitalization in WI, and now back to my true passion, individual therapy.

I am a true believer that people can change, and I enjoy helping them on their journey. Change is not always easy, and it can be painful at times, but with the right therapeutic tools and help, change is certainly possible. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and many other therapeutic modalities. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, psychosis, suicidal thoughts, personality disorders, and more.

I believe it’s important to explore, discuss, and process experiences as experiences are what shape the way we view ourselves, others, the world, and our futures. By gaining even a little understanding of our past, we are able to learn how to make the changes we desire, achieve goals, and move forward in a healthy way.

Danielle Menting, OTR, Occupational Therapist & Behavioral Health Therapist

Danielle Menting, OTR

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who you truly are? I believe therapy is a powerful space where healing begins with insight, authenticity, and connection. My goal is to help you rediscover your inner strength by identifying your core values and building the self-worth necessary to live a meaningful and purposeful life.

I’ve been working as a behavioral health therapist for over 12 years since earning my Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2012. I began my career serving clients in both inpatient psychiatric and day treatment settings, gaining extensive experience with anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My years working in acute care settings have equipped me to help clients navigate suicidal thoughts and self-harm with compassion, clarity, and safety planning strategies.

As an occupational therapist, I take a whole-person approach, exploring all six dimensions of health: emotional, physical, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, and social. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—though we’ll do that, too—it’s also about experiencing. If verbal processing feels challenging, we can explore experiential therapies using art, music, metaphors, recreation, and even animal-assisted therapy.

I’m proud to share my office with two registered therapy dogs, Penelope the Dalmatian and Mila the Shih Tzu, who bring warmth, comfort, and joy to many of the people I work with. You deserve a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. If you’re ready to reconnect with your authentic self and explore what brings your life meaning, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
